How Does KYF Work?
Step 1:
Citizen Calls Dispatch or Officer Initiates Traffic Stop
The citizen receives a SMS message or the officer provides a QR code for the citizen scan and share their feedback on their interaction. The call or incident ID will allow the feedback to be tied to the specific incident.
Step 2:
Citizen Provides Feedback and a Rating
After receiving a SMS message or by scanning the QR code, citizens will be able to rate their experience on a scale of 1-5. They’ll also be able to provide direct feedback.
Step 3:
Department Analyzes Feedback Data
Departments have on-demand access to their officers' feedback. Continuous feedback data provides up-to-the-minute community sentiment and captures the positive feedback officers receive.
Sign the Petition
The lack of communication & transparency between communities and police has lead to civil unrest and a disconnect between the general public and the officers that serve them. Know Your Force helps to bridge that gap. Sign our petition to get tools like ours implemented ASAP. Leverage your voice in a way that will be heard and affect change TODAY.
